Shipping & Returns
Our company, tooldeals4u.com, wants our customers to be satisfied with all merchandise purchased through us. However, if there any issues that arise during the purchasing process, we want to try and resolve any problems or concerns with our customers so they are satisfied with all our products. Therefore, please carefully read the following return policies for tooldeals4u.com.
For items purchased directly from tooldeals4u.com there is a 14 DAY RETURN POLICY if the product is returned in the ORIGINAL, SEALED, UNOPENED BOX pending approval on a case by case basis. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on any returned items not returned in the original, sealed packaging nor with the tool in the original condition. The customer must first get a return authorization number from tooldeals4u.com prior to the item being returned. In order for any item to be accepted upon return, the customer must prepay shipping costs via UPS or Fed Ex. Furthermore, the customer must email the tracking number to tooldeals4u.com within 24 hrs. of return pickup by UPS or Fed Ex. No other carriers will be accepted.
In addition, all unauthorized returns or those with unpaid shipping costs will be refused. It is the customer's full responsibility for return shipping. Upon return, all items will be inspected to determine whether the product is in original packaging and in new condition. Again, a 10% restocking fee is assessed on returned items. Once the product is deemed returnable, has been received within the 14-day timeframe, and includes the required return authorization number, the customer's credit card will be credited the cost of the item excluding the shipping charges. No returns will be accepted after the 14-day receipt deadline.
Additional concerns which may arise include the following: receiving incorrect merchandise, defective merchandise, and/or damaged merchandise due to shipping. First, if a customer receives the wrong item, email us at tooldeals4u.com. Any mistaken shipments sent will be taken care of immediately. The item has to be returned to us. Second, if the item is defective, the customer is responsible to return it. While the customer must pay to return the item, we will pay to ship the replacement since the manufacturer or distributor provided it to us that way. Unfortunately, we cannot absorb the full cost of the manufacturer's error, so if you want to return a defective unit for a refund, there will be a restocking fee and the shipping charge will be nonrefundable. Thirdly, if a package obviously appears damaged by the carrier, immediately tell the driver you do not want to accept it and email tooldeals4u.com immediately, so we can file a damage claim. Or have the driver wait and open the package to see whether or not the item is damaged; if so, refuse the package and immediately contact tooldeals4u.com, so we can file a damage claim. Furthermore, if the item seems to have been damaged by the manufacturer, again email us and provide your order number. Any claim with the courier must first be resolved prior to reshipping a replacement to you or refunding your claim.
